Refund Policy

Information material that is purchased online from info-io-japan.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions.

For such requests for refunds, please provide the pictures of items and proof of purchase, together with a valid reason for the refund request to our email at info@info-io-japan.com.  The refund request will be informed via email to the registered account, whether the request can be processed. 

Any refund request has to be submitted within 14 days of the purchased material to be a valid request. 

If the refund request has been approved, the refund will be returned from the same form of payment used to purchase the information material, within 7 to 14 days from the approved request date. 

Customers may request for cancellation within 14 days from date of purchase if:

1) Customer did not receive the email / link within 2 working days.

2) Customer received an incorrect / invalid link that differs from his purchase.

The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the Information material by the customer.
